ANSWER:
Hi Susan – Thanks a bunch! I’ve heard that chewing crunchy fruits and vegetables – like: celery, carrots and apples – can help to lift stains from the teeth, giving the illusion of a whiter smile.
You can also try whitening your teeth with strawberries. In a bowl mash together a couple of strawberries, then rub directly on your teeth with a toothbrush. The grittiness of the mixture will not only help to clean your teeth but it will also help to gently remove stains and whiten at the same time! How fun & healthy is that!
