M.A.C Hello Kitty Collection

If you haven’t already heard, M.A.C has launched a super cute Hello Kitty Collection! It combines the fantastical world of Hello Kitty and the glamour of the Spring fashion shows.
It’s available for a limited time only starting tomorrow February 12th! And, let me tell you it’s going fast! So, if you’re interested in getting in on the “Kitty” collection – you might want to get it asap!
The collection includes: Six Lipstick shades with six sparkling Lipglass glosses, two Tinted Lip Conditioners and two bright and punchy eye quads that can be accented with reflective eye Glitter and Glitter Eye Liners, all of which are perfectly framed by Plush Lash Mascara. Beauty Powder Blush in shades of pink and peach and nails decorated in fabulous shades of pepto-pink, modern grey and creamy white Nail Lacquer.

Do you ever find yourself in the middle of a good work-out, when all of a sudden you notice that your hair clip or elastic is slowly making it’s way down your back?! lol

So, I decided to put them to the test! I called upon my two athletic sisters – Kristina and Jessie – to wear them for a week while taking notes! Take a look at some of their Pro’s and Con’s:
Kristina: ”Hold’s hair tight, even when running; will not slip from your hand when trying to put in a ponytail…however, when removing them, they pull on your hair…not very enjoyable”
Jessie: ”I really liked these elastics…but they were hard to remove”
Kristina: ”Holds hair tight and in place, even when running! Would definitely continue to use these.”
Jessie: ”For the amount of hair the clips hold onto they work great and don’t slip or let go. I used these while skipping and they didn’t even move…however, I have longer (thin yet thick hair), and I found this didn’t quite hold enough of my hair – would enjoy perhaps a wider clip?”
Kristina: “I like how it’s adjustable, so it can fit any head size…however, I didn’t feel as though the rubberized interior really held the band tight enough on my head”
Jessie: ”Loved the adjustable strap – But found that it slipped a bit when doing a lot of movement like in my Ashtanga Yoga class.” (Take a look at the picture below of my sister Jessie wearing the Goody hair accessories while doing Yoga…I love this pic! Hi Jess!!)
