sandy’s tip for acne

Living with acne can be really difficult…trust me, i know! When I was hit with bad acne in my early 20′s i was devestated. I remember thinking that the only way to get rid of it was to completely dry out my face. I used every acne product on the market and avoided moisturizer, like as if it was carbs on the atkins diet!

Later I found out the exact opposite. Acne actually gets worse if your skin is too dry! So here are some tips I learned along the way, that hopefully will help you out as well!

Don’t wash your face more than twice a day!

Always use a moisturizer! I would suggest to moisturize once or twice a day, depending on your skin type, and to buy one that is both hydrating and oil-free.

If you are prone to acne, it is so important when wearing make.up, to make sure that you buy products that are oil-free and/or non-comedogenic!

Tip: When washing your face, never completely dry it. Try leaving some water on the surface while applying your moisturizer. The mixture of water and your moisturizer will really help to hydrate your skin! And it feels so refreshing!! (I got this tip from my mom. She has the nicest and softest skin ever!)

ive watched your videos and i find it entertaining somehow it enhances my knowledge about make-up.. i have some acne scars on my cheeks. Im gonna have my big day in a weeks later.. i try lots of acne stuffs but it just didnt work.. ive got oily skin and prone to acne too.. For all i want is, i want to clear the scarring marks. This has stress me out since 2 years ago.

This is my first time to watch all of your videos. It was amazing! I’m type of girl typically not wearing of make up at all, only powder (Jonhson baby powder) and lip gloss or lip stick and thats all. I just put nivea mosturizer on my face before the powder.
