If you’ve run out of liquid eyeliner and have no time to go to the store – here are some quick and easy tips to help you out!
Use your mascara and apply it with a flat eyeliner brush right along the lash line. It looks just like liquid liner – and if your mascara is waterproof – it will last all day!
Take a hard eyeliner pencil and for just a MILLISECOND (only a millisecond – you don’t want it to be too hot! ouch!) place it in a flame. It melts the pencil just enough to make it look like liquid eyeliner, and it goes on super smooth! The best part is, once you are done using it as a liquid eyeliner – it goes back to being a hard eyeliner pencil in seconds! How cool is that!
