Hey Ladies!
I wanted to share with you some of the fun highlights from last week – when happiface was invited to experience the wonderful IT Lounge during the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival.
What is the IT Lounge?
The IT Lounge – is a celebrity gifting suite that gives back as much as it gives out. Celebrities who visit the Lounge will help create awareness and raise funds for IT Lounge’s official charity, Paul Haggis’ Artists for Peace and Justice (APJ) – an organization that’s creating a brighter future for the children of Haiti by providing them with clean water, food, medical care and free high-quality education.
The brands available at the IT Lounge this year were: Fila, RW&CO., Andrea Professional, Ardell Lashes, Stila Cosmetics, Moroccanoil, Esprit, Acura, Goody, Sharpie, Dagmar Jewellery, Diane Lai skin care line, Kobo eReader, Baker Street and FIJI Water.
Take a look at some of my highlights below!
My first stop was the Baker Street booth – where I got to sample some fabulous desserts and take home a delicious mini apple pie! Mmmmmmm :)
Next, I checked out what’s new from Fila – and found a really cute jacket!
Got some amazing hair products from Moroccanoil – which I love love love!
Got introduced to the Custom Colour Blush from Stila – which created the perfect pop of colour!
My intern – Stephanie – got false lashes at the Ardell booth – who doesn’t love a good set of falsies!
I saw lots of great new dresses from RW & CO. – and took home one of my favourite minty lip balms by eos!
Got some wonderful skincare products from DIANE LAI and Andrea Professional.
Checked out the very cool Kobo eReader and Dagmar Jewellery - where I absolutely fell in love with a pair of earings!
And, lastly I visited the Sharpie booth – where I got to take home a bunch of markers in a variety of colours! How fun! I also got a character drawing done at the Sharpie booth – Take a look – What do you think, does it look like me?!! ;)
And, that’s it – I hope you enjoyed my pics!
I want to say a special thanks to Natasha Koifman – President of NKPR and her whole incredible team for an amazing afternoon and for putting on such an incredible event! Thanks for all your support!!
And, don’t forget to Wake.up & Make.up!
Yipppeeee!
