Hi Sandy,
I would like to know, from your experience, what is the best blackest-black liquid eyeliner out there in the market today? Whether felt tip or pen-like, etc., I’ve been trying to find an amazing black eyeliner that can make a thin line and does not flake or disappear after an hour or two. Thanks for your help!
